The Lehigh Enterprise Analytics Platform Builders Workshop is a hands-on, collaborative experience designed to help staff turn real data challenges into actionable business intelligence solutions and AI-driven insights. Participants bring a specific problem or dashboard idea, then work alongside peers and ITS experts to explore relevant tools, develop practical solutions, and accelerate their ability to leverage institutional data. Through guided sessions and group collaboration, attendees not only make meaningful progress on their own use cases but also contribute to shared innovations that can benefit the broader campus community. By the end of the workshop and follow-up sessions, participants gain working prototypes, increased confidence with analytics tools, and the opportunity to showcase impactful dashboards that support smarter, data-driven decision-making at Lehigh.
